The Heretic’s Fork was a two-way plug with a collar on each end of a fork’s points, used to punish witches and heretics who refused to renounce their beliefs. The victim was bound and forced to look up at the ceiling, while the fork pierced his neck and sternum, causing excruciating pain and suffocation.
