If you are going to try to stop a mugging or assault it is going to be scarry for you. As a nice person you probably don't fight very often if ever so deciding to attack someone who is obviously physically aggressive would make your adrenaline sky rocket and you would have to commit 100% to stopping or subduing the bad guy who may be armed and dangerous to help a lady not get mugged or worse.
