Interstate 295 (I-295), also known as the Fayetteville Outer Loop, is a partially completed Interstate-grade planned 34-mile-long (55 km) bypass around the western side of Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States.
Work is underway to complete the western portion of the Fayetteville Outer Loop (I-295) from U.S. 401 Business/Ramsey Street – north of Fayetteville – to I-95 just across the Cumberland-Robeson county line.
