May 3, 2013 · I was watching the latest episode of Once Upon A Time (from April 28) and I noticed the scar for the first time so I wondered if something had happened to Regina's lip or if Lana got hurt during a shoot or something.
Mar 14, 2015 · I'm sure everyone noticed the scar that can be seen near Lana's upper lip that can be seen in the show. I'm wondering if since they never bothered to cover it with make-up if they will at some point add it to a storyline like maybe Regina got in a violent fight when she was little or was attacked when she was little.
