If you began attending in 1985 or later, request for electronic or printed transcripts must be submitted through the National Student Clearinghouse (www.studentclearinghouse.org). If you attended McNeese prior to the Spring of 1985, electronic delivery is not available.

Use Banner Self-Service to register for classes, view your class schedule, pay fees, view financial aid information, view your grades and transcripts, and update your address, phone number, and e-mail address. User ID: Your User ID is your McNeese student identification number.
Aug 26, 2024 · McNeese State University utilizes National Student Clearinghouse to deliver official transcripts electronically. Electronic delivery is mandatory for all transcript requests, except those for students with initial attendance prior to the spring of 1985 for whom electronic delivery is not available.
Submit your high school transcripts directly to McNeese. If you attended any college courses while enrolled in high school, submit transcripts from those institutions as well. Home schooled students: Submit a copy of your home school transcripts and Home School State Approval letter.
