  2. Typography: Custom ("Metro Goldwyn Mayer") Metro Mayer Serif ("Ars Gratia Artis" & "Trade Mark") Launched: March 8, 2021. On March 8, 2021, MGM updated their 97-year-old lion logo with CGI, in contrast to the real lions used previously. This is the first major update to the logo since 1957.
