If you have a traffic ticket or criminal case and need more time to pay, you can establish a payment plan online. You are required to pay a $25 administrative fee to set up the plan, which will be administered by the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Palm Beach County.
Payments are due within 30 days of receiving a citation. If you are unable to pay your ticket in full, we can help you establish a monthly payment plan. If your payment is past due or your case has been referred to a collection agency, learn about your options.
