The Hop on/off bus (see below) has a stop right in front of the cruise terminal. Also, most cruise lines offer a shuttle from the port to a central point in town near the Cathedral. (12 Euro).
These stop right by Mallorca cruise terminal at Muelle de Poniente, take around 10 minutes and cost approximately €1.50. Alternatively, you could get on a hop-on, hop-off bus, which will take you around the main sights of Palma. Taxis are also available from Mallorca cruise port to the city centre. The first, larger spot is Dique del Oeste which juts out into the sea next to an old fortress. This is slightly further out of the city, but taxis can drive right up to the cruise terminal.
