Realizing he loved making people happy through good food and hospitality, he left the world of finance to open a fine dining restaurant in Salt Lake City.
Pretty Bird in Downtown is a gem for fried chicken enthusiasts. The food here is fantastic, with crispy, flavorful chicken that's cooked to perfection. The seasoning is just right, adding a nice kick without being overpowering. The sides are also delicious, especially the biscuits--they're a must-try!
