My stalled issues were because of the Web UI for qBittorrent was banning my <user>@127.0.0.1 web login (which is ALWAYS the IP since qBittorrent doesn't recognize X-Forwarded-For when you have a reverse proxy setup, which I do). Once I disabled the ban (and locked down my webUI in otherways to compensate 😅), things are no longer stalled.

If I understand it correctly - 'stalled' means its unable to connect to any peers or seeds that have parts of the file (s) you don't have. Since a 'stalled' torrent isn't active, if you have many torrents - it won't count as a currently active torrent for purposes of upload and download slots.

All torrents "Stalled", all tracker show status "Not contacted yet" Updated to 4.3.5 and now it's just not working. As said in subject, every torrent show "Stalled" state and every tracker shows "Not contacted yet". DHT/PeX/LSD shows "Working" without any peers found.
