The court case was a protective order hearing, which was granted to Quinton Flynn after the judge determined that the Krissy/BewareQuintonFlynn individual was engaging in inappropriate harassment and stalking behavior.
It's a bit tough to swallow, especially a whole YEAR after the break up. It'd make more sense that long gap isn't part of a conspiracy, and more just them being traumatised at some level by his actions, which is very common. Lastly, the woman who admitted to lying. Let's just assume for a second that she WAS abused.
