Feb 26, 2024 · According to witnesses, Sara Smith had been embroiled in a heated argument with Ryan Marshall, who allegedly made threatening remarks towards her. The tension escalated to a point where Marshall allegedly shot Smith in the forehead with a .38 caliber pistol, resulting in her tragic death.
