The absolute worst I've ever encountered was Arm & Hammer Hardball litter with its "Garden Bloom" scent - which is the only "flavor" you can get it in. They don't even make an unscented version of it, at least not that I'm aware of. OMG! The smell was so strong it about knocked me over backwards when I opened the bag.
