Seaspiracy (/ s iː ˈ s p ɪ r ə s i /) is a 2021 documentary film about the environmental impact of fishing directed by and starring Ali Tabrizi, a British filmmaker. The film examines human impacts on marine life and advocates for ending fish consumption.

This is the process where trawlers drag heavy weighted nets along the sea floor to catch fish and is used by commercial fishing companies because it can catch a large number of fish in one go.
