Jan 26, 2024 · The first-ever Animals Aglow lantern festival will bring a dazzling spectacle of lights to the Saint Louis Zoo. More than 60 larger-than-life Chinese lanterns and interactive light displays in the shape of plants and wildlife will illuminate paths throughout the Zoo in this nighttime event.
We are so thankful to all Zoo staff, volunteers, guests and our China-based event partner, Tianyu Arts & Culture Inc., who made the first-ever Animals Aglow 2024 such a success. Animals Aglow will return in spring 2025 with new lanterns and displays lighting up the Zoo after dark!
