Stuart W. Cooper (born 1942) is an American filmmaker, actor and writer. [1] Career. Cooper was a resident of the United Kingdom in the 1960s and 1970s where his most notable film appearance was as one of The Dirty Dozen, Roscoe Lever, in 1967. [2] .
