The Lincoln Lawyer is an American legal drama television series created for television by David E. Kelley and developed by Ted Humphrey, based on the books of Michael Connelly. [1] It stars Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as Mickey Haller, a defense attorney in Los Angeles who often works out of a chauffeur-driven Lincoln Navigator.
Mickey Haller, an iconoclastic idealist, runs his law practice out of the back seat of his Lincoln, as he takes on cases big and small across the expansive city of Los Angeles. Sidelined after an accident for almost a year, Haller is back in the courtroom, recovering from a drug habit.
Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, Angus Simpson, and Yaya DaCosta will return in the legal drama series, based on Michael Connelly's book series.

The series was originally bound for CBS before being canceled, so it didn’t move forward. We first got word that Netflix might take over the production in September 2020.
