After five decades as an independent institution, Trinity joined the university in 1904 as a member of its collegiate federation. Today, Trinity College consists of a secular undergraduate section and a postgraduate divinity school which is part of the Toronto School of Theology.
We are the smallest undergraduate college in the Faculty of Arts & Science at the University of Toronto. Our small size means that you will find a personalized academic environment and a vibrant social community. We have a long-standing tradition of innovative and interdisciplinary education.
Nestled in the heart of the vibrant St. George campus in downtown Toronto, Trinity College offers a unique residence experience. Our two traditional-style buildings, Trinity College Residence and St. Hilda’s College Residence, house approximately 470 first-year and upper-year students.
