How to contact Uber Support. Having an issue and need to talk to us? We’re here to help! Follow these steps to reach an agent: Open your Uber Driver app. Select the menu icon. Select Help. Tap the contact option at the bottom. From there, you can contact us via chat, messaging, or phone.

Uber allows you to contact your driver without revealing your phone number by placing a free call directly within the Uber app. When you call or text, drivers will not see your personal phone number. Instead, they’ll receive a call or text message from a unique, anonymous local number.
