A select number of experiential learning courses will maintain the Tue-Wed-Thur scheduling in the 6-week sessions for lab-related activities 4. A 1-week Cultural Introduction to Italy or Farm to Table course may be added ONLY at the beginning of the summer semester (13-week program)
