S4.E1 ∙ Extortion. Patrol starts with a call to a robbery at a bar and a car chase but the thieves escape. A call to a dry cleaners concerns the owner being extorted for protection money along with other shop owners who are Jewish survivors of the Holocaust.
In Season Four of Adam-12 we see the officers take on anti-Semitism, extortion, robbery suspects, dope dealers, snipers and an ambush. The officers round up a gang of hoodlums engaged in an anti-Semitic shakedown. A wealthy police buff oversteps the law and endangers the officers' safety.
