Agnes of Landsberg (1192 or 1193 – 1266 in Wienhausen) was a German noblewoman. She was the third child of Conrad II (1159–1210), Margrave of Lusatia, and his wife, Elisabeth ( c. 1153 – 1209), the daughter of Mieszko III the Old (1126–1202), Duke of Poland.
The story: A dead baby is found in a lonely convent, where the nuns lead a sequestered life and there are no men who possibly could have been the father - unless you count poor old Father Metineau, the nuns' spiritual adviser, who has a drinking problem.

May 27, 2008 · Inside an isolated convent during the dead of night, an ethereal young nun, Sister Agnes (Meg Tilly), secretly gives birth to a baby after hiding her pregnancy for nine months in the 1985 drama Agnes of God.
