    Andrew Prine (14 February 1936 – 31 October 2022; age 86) was the actor who played Suna in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episode "Frame of Mind" and Turrel in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine third season episode "Life Support".

    He was perhaps best known for his role as Wayne Donnelly in the television series Weird Science and for portraying Confederate General Dick Garnett in the films Gettysburg and Gods and Generals, in which Kevin Conway, Joseph Fuqua, William O. Campbell, and W. Morgan Sheppard appeared as well. He also guest starred in a number of television series including the Kung Fu episode "The Gunman" (with Kate Woodville) and starred in such films as The Miracle Worker, Chisum, Rooster Cogburn, Sweet Home Alabama, and The Dukes of Hazzard. Prine also starred with Denise Crosby in the science fiction film Eliminators (1986).

    He was also well-known for his role in the 1983 hit NBC miniseries V as the evil Visitor named Steven, alongside Richard Herd and Momo Yashima. Prine reprised his role in the 1984 sequel V: The Final Battle, which also starred Herd, Michael Durrell, Mark L. Taylor, and Dick Miller. Dennis McCarthy wrote music for the second miniseries, while John M. Dwyer served as set decorator on the first. Most of the spaceship models were supplied by Greg Jein.

    In 2005, Prine played Judge Roger Stokes on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in the season five finale "Grave Danger" with Frank Gorshin, Wallace Langham, and Conor O'Farrell. The episode was co-written by Naren Shankar.
