After having been at their previous location just west of the courthouse in downtown Carthage for more than 3 years, Kip Smith, Owner and Broker, recently moved his firm, Smith Midwest Real Estate to their 2929 South Grand Avenue location. In 2006, K.P. ( Kip ) Smith opened Smith Midwest Real Estate. His business strategy was and still is "We want to get the job done and our number one priority is our customers". Learning from his mentor, Donal M. Myers a long time Carthage Realtor/Broker, K.P. Smith has redefined real estate in the Carthage and surrounding areas.
