Mar 2, 2019 · My experience with Audibel Hearing Charlotte was very good. Danny pearce gave me smaller ear pods (they're more comfortable), he set my volume higher to correspond with my 10% hearing loss, gave me a hearing test, advice on my hearing (no more Q-tips), and he listened to me and answered all my questions.

Audible Customer Service is the best! I just used the Customer Service section on the desktop site to make a suggestion under the “Great Ideas” topic, and the customer service rep who responded to me via email gifted me a $10.00 coupon.
