Mar 12, 2021 · Most of Ontario's Black settlements were in and around Windsor, Chatham, London, St. Catharines and Hamilton. Toronto had a predominantly Black neighbourhood. There were also smaller concentrations of Black Canadians near Barrie, Owen Sound, Niagara and Guelph.
