  3. I bought a cheap blade tech for my 1911, and it was decent enough. Not as comfortable as some more expensive holsters, but quick and easy to get on and off. I don't carry in it since I got a couple from Old Faithful, but I still keep my 1911 in it in the drawer and sometimes strap it on for the range.

For an off-the-shelf holster, that’s a very reasonable price. In the end, that’s what this is — make no mistake. Blade-Tech describes the Klipt as a “no-nonsense” holster. True enough. But this is also...

  5. Jul 27, 2023 · I'm perpetually looking for the ideal holster. I've long used "hybrid" (leather / kydex) IWB holsters. And they've worked fairly well for me. I've always carried a spare mag in a "Mag Packer" pocket mag holster in my weak-side front pocket.
