If customers do not receive a water bill by the 10th of the month, it is their responsibility to call the water department before the 15th of the month. Deposits will not be refunded until the customer’s water account is closed. All delinquent accounts will be sent to collections.
Monthly Utility Bill. City of Grants Pass utility customers receive a combined bill which includes water, wastewater, transportation, water plant replacement fee and stormwater utility charges. The majority of customers are billed in this manner.
MUD residents receive utility bills from the City of Josephine for public safety services, water, sewer, and trash collection to cover the cost of provided services. While MUD residents are not officially Josephine residents, the post office allows residents to list Josephine as their city address, but residents must use their assigned zip code.
