I am guilty of calling him Colin Playoff Wilson. I have screen shots of his goal celebrations because he was so wild. He has done a hard and brave thing. Again. And he has made this fan grow and rethink on him, how he coped and performed, on the choices made by those feeling similar pressures in the league or near me, and on myself.

I always liked Colin and thought he had so much potential. His inconsistencies now make so much more sense. OCD and addiction can absolutely destroy your life, who you are, what you can accomplish. I'm impressed that he's seemingly gracefully moving on from hockey and trying to better himself and be there for other ppl.
