We pro-jected cancer incidence and mortality counts and rates to 2022 for 22 cancer types by sex and province or territory. Rates were age standardized to the 2011 Canadian standard population. Results: An estimated 233 900 new cancer cases and 85 100 cancer deaths are expected in Canada in 2022.
