There's also Frankfort Plant Board's Weatherscan (ehatt600 on youtube uploads videos regularly), and I believe Mediacom has a few scattered around the country.

I saw it active on Mackinac Island in August of last year but I don't see it mentioned on that list. It was provided by Astrea Connect (previously lighthouse.net). Here's a photo. I miss it, I wish Comcast still had it.

  7. If you’ve seen Weatherscan recently, the Weather Channel logo is no longer present. I think it has something to do with the IBM deal where they got the digital assets/TWC brand. I don’t think that the agreement for the TV channel to use the TWC name extends to Weatherscan, which is probably why it doesn’t appear on it anymore.
