Website. http://www.challoners.com. Dr Challoner's Grammar School (also known as DCGS, Challoner's Boys or simply Challoner's) is a selective grammar school for boys, with a co-educational Sixth Form, in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, England. It was given academy status in January 2011.
The school was also known as "Amersham Grammar School" well into the 1950s as this blazer badge shows. 1576-84 Robert Chaloner served as Rector of Amersham before becoming Canon of the Twelfth Stall at St George's Chapel Windsor

It is 394 years since Robert Chaloner, rector of St Mary’s Church, wrote in his will the command to his friends ‘to erect a free gramar scoole [sic] in Amersham in Bucks’ and, for 390 years, Dr Challoner’s Grammar School has survived and in fact thrived, becoming a centre of academic excellence.
