Dr Silver is currently Chief Veterinary Officer for Real Mushrooms, a Canadian medicinal mushroom company. He served as Chief Medical Officer of RxVitamins for the past 25 years until the company was sold in 2021.
The Well-Pet Dispensary was established in 2014 by Dr. Robert Silver as a way for him to continue helping pets through his knowledge of the value of herbs and nutraceuticals and diets.
Dr Robert Silver is holistic veterinarian in private practice in Boulder, Colorado. A 1982 graduate of Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Silver has been adding alternative medical therapies to his conventional medical practice since 1987.
Dr. Silver serves as Chief Medical Officer of RxVitamins, and has authored the book: Medical Marijuana and Your Pet. He has contributed 4 textbook chapters in two Springer publications on veterinary cannabis.
