When the son of a man who has been in a vegetative state for ten years, comes to visit his father, he collapses and has a serious attack. As the young man's health deteriorates, Hekimoglu, who cannot find a cure in traditional ways, wakes up his father who is in a coma.
Hekimoglu and Ipek help a Korean passenger who falls ill on the way back from a medical symposium held in the USA. Even though the passenger's health deteriorates, Hekimoglu thinks that there is nothing to worry about. However, Ipek is worried that there might be an outbreak on the plane.
