Henriette (1387 – 14 February 1444) was Sovereign Countess of Montbéliard from 1397 until 1444. She was the daughter of Henry of Orbe (died 1396), and the heiress of her grandfather, Stephen, Count of Montbéliard. Her great-grandfather was Henry I of Montbéliard.

Am 13. November 1397 schloss der württembergische Graf Eberhard III. (Eberhard der Milde) einen Heiratsvertrag für seinen Sohn Eberhard IV. und Henriette ab. Auf diese Weise übernahm er die Regierung über Mömpelgard und einige dazugehörige Herrschaften, die er bei der Hochzeit der beiden 1407 an Eberhard IV. übergab.
