I mean Frank should have died several seasons ago considering he drinks and never takes his anti-rejection meds after his liver transplant. Frank dying from COVID makes sense considering how fucked his health is, how contagious and deadly COVID is, and his dementia and tendency to rarely ever wear a mask.
