How to Enroll As a benefits eligible employee, your invitation to enroll will be sent to your HISD email. You can enroll online by visiting www.HISDBenefits.org. To access the site, enter through the HISD Employee portal as outlined below. Your benefits will be effective the first of the month following 30 days after your hire date. For example:
