Feb 7, 2024 · The Jadwiga are the direct descendants of the Witch Queen Baba Yaga, who travels to Golarion once a century to install a new daughter to the throne of Irrisen. Even though Baba Yaga hails from somewhere else in the Great Beyond, the Jadwiga appear and seem to be fully human.
Jadwiga means “children of the witch-mother” – the witch mother being Baba Yaga. They appear to be human, but originate from a far realm beyond the known planes. They are the absolute rulers of Irrisen, but sometimes oppose one another. [1]
This illustrated each generation being supernaturally powerful in different ways and allowed a variety of Jadwiga to be common throughout Irrisen. The paladin later played a half-elven Jadwiga from Irrisen in the AP.

Aug 12, 2017 · Unfortunately the Jadwiga lore doesn't support them getting much more since it blatantly says "Even though Baba Yaga hails from somewhere else in the Great Beyond, the Jadwiga appear, and seem to be fully human." Being a descendant of Baba Yaga is disappointingly mundane in the grand scheme. Mage: Fear me I am a descendant of Baba Yaga! Enemy: So?
