James Jean Parks (born November 16, 1968) is an American actor known for his roles as Texas Ranger Edgar McGraw in From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money, Kill Bill: Volume 1, Kill Bill: Volume 2, Death Proof and Machete.
He has since worked consistently in film, television and theater, appearing most notably in Quentin Tarantino's film The Hateful Eight (2015), Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003), Amigo (2010), In ascolto (2006), and in episodes of Deadwood (2004) (pilot), True Blood (2008), and a number of other popular TV series.
