Jun 12, 2020 · Interestingly, our Jane.com review found that there are some 5-star Jane reviews that address potential downfalls to using the Jane app. Ultimately, these downfalls come down to individual sellers that may not be legitimate, or do not provide the expected customer service.
Terrible customer service. Their customer service and return policy is horrible. You have to pay for shipping back and have to hound a customer service rep to even allow you to return something. with so much online shopping available these days, skip Jane.com.
