Juan José Omella y Omella (also Joan Josep; born 21 April 1946) is a Spanish prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He has been serving as the archbishop of Barcelona since his installation on 26 December 2015 and as a cardinal since 28 June 2017. He was the president of the Episcopal Conference of Spain from 2020 to 2024.

The Card. Juan José Omella Omella, Metropolitan Archbishop of Barcelona (Spain) was born in Cretas on 21 April 1946. He completed his studies in philosophy and theology at the seminary of Zaragoza and at the personal formation centre of the White Fathers in Leuven and in Jerusalem. His priestly ordination took place on 20 September 1970.
