Apr 21, 2017 · First post. Received my new CCX in December, 2 weeks later power was intermittent. I emailed Juiced thru their support portal and received a reply from Gibram the following day requesting pictures of the battery terminal. I sent pictures and was told I need a new battery.
I have almost 500 miles on mine. Seems like in the past 100 miles or so the pedal assist will kind of "cut out" like its shorting out somehow. I can be pedaling at 18-20 in setting 2 or 3 and the bike will start that "cut out" symptom.
