The Bandeau was worn by the Duchess at her Wedding and at most of her early tiara events.

Aug 3, 2021 · On the day, Katharine wore an art deco diamond bandeau tiara which was a gift to the future Duchess from Princess Marina, who, in turn, had been given the tiara from her mother-in-law, Queen Mary. The tiara had been commissioned by Queen Mary from Garrard in 1925 featuring a dash-dot diamond band design, now known as the Garrard Windsor Motif.
