La Brea Bakery is an industrial baking company started in Los Angeles, California. Since opening its flagship store on 624 S La Brea Avenue in 1989—six months earlier than Campanile, the restaurant it was built to serve—La Brea has opened two much larger bakeries in Van Nuys, California, and Swedesboro, New Jersey, to serve wholesale clients.
All La Brea Bakery breads are crafted using high-quality ingredients. We have made it a commitment to use locally milled flour, as well as making sure our products are free of preservatives and additives. Additionally, most of our breads are Non-GMO, kosher, and Vegan Certified, so even more customers can have peace of mind when they enjoy them.
