Staff Directory. A proven administrator with 24 years of experience, Mike Broeker is in his 16th year as Deputy Director of Athletics, and 19th overall at Marquette University. In addition, he served as the department's acting director of athletics from July through December 2011.
Dr. Adrienne Ridgeway is in her 20th year overall with Marquette and was promoted to Executive Associate Athletic Director Academic Services & Student Programs in July of 2018 and serves as the department's lead administrator.
