Ban Prijezda I Kotromanić ( 1211 - Slavonija 8. maj 1287) je bio bosanski ban i sedmi poznati vladar samostalne bosanske države i osnivač bosanske dinastije koja je Bosnu dovela do njenog najvećeg uspona, ali i pada. Ovaj bosanski ban je prvi poznati Kotromanić o kojem se ujedno i ne zna mnogo.

Prijezda je zaradi svojih junaških bojev proti bogomilom od ogrskega kralja prejel naslov "Fidelis Noster" ("Naš verni") in več posesti v okolici Gornjega Miholjca. Ogrski kralj Béla IV. je zatem napadel srbsko kraljevino Raško kralja Štefana Uroša I. in leta 1254 osvojil Zahumje , ki ga je priključil Prijezdini Bosni.
