"The Double Jeopardy Raid" is the twenty-second episode of the second season of The Rat Patrol. It originally aired on 19 February 1968.

The Rat Patrol spot a German convoy and attack. They find some "young partisans," French teenagers. Moffitt calls them "kids." The Rat Patrol follow the young partisans to their cave, where they discuss an upcoming Allied offensive

Sergeant Troy decides the kids can't run the operation. But Jean-Claude (Clive Clerk) goes ahead and is captured ? and given a truth serum ?

The Rat Patrol and the young partisans go to the Schutzstaffel Spez. Div. Einh. 45 base and rescue Jean-Claude.

Jean-Claude acknowledges he made a mistake and announces he's stepping down as leader of the young partisans so he can be replaced by someone better. However, Troy says a good leader admits his mistakes. Jean-Claude's convinced.
