The show is narrated by Robert Lee, though in some regions, his voice is replaced by a local narrator. The cast of Mythbusters at Comic Con, 2012 As the series progressed, members of Hyneman's staff were introduced and began to appear regularly in episodes.
After learning that the narrator's voice of Mythbusters comes from the throat of a Mr. Robert Lee, I hoped to find a video of him. My search was fruitless though, so help me out Reddit! For reference: His IMDB page, his professional website, & a pic of him and the crew.
Although not always a pleasure for me, the producers of Mythbusters have used a voice-over narrator (Robert Lee in the U.S.) to explain, recap, and comment about the action. Many of his remarks are (to me, silly or gratuitous) jokes about the team members or puns about what is happening.
