[Discussion] Roseanne S01E02, "We're in the Money" I considered not doing this chronologically, but this is a good early episode to watch. Refresher. Interesting things about this episode: First episode with Michael Fishman. Big change from the previous actor, Sal Barone. The new D.J. was a big shift for the character.
Tropes. Blatant Lies: Both Dan and Roseanne deny spending their money on a new expensive gift for themselves only to get caught in the end. Early-Installment Weirdness: Due to the cast change in the role of DJ, there is now a slightly different opening credits that will remain until the end of Season 2.
