The Shelby kit is probably a good 1/2 cup worth of seasoning powder but the Meat Church package is recommending '4 tsp per 1 lb. meat' which sounds really light. I get it that different seasonings can have drastically different ingredients and ratios but 4 tsp sure sounds light to me.
